No-Sweat Beach Workout
Hey Fun Girls! I know many of you are on the move this summer, and if you can scrounge up a bit of untainted, un-BPed sand and water, like I found in Florida, this is a quick and effective fat-burning workout! It uses the sand and water as resistance and instability (to recruit some of those smaller muscles you don’t even feel!) to keep you looking Fun Girl Fine while you’re on your adventure! No-Sweat Beach Workout
Do 10 reps of each exercise and jog between each set at the chair and in the water.

| Push-ups | Squat with lateral kick – right leg | |
| Knee-ins | Squat with lateral kick – left leg | |
| Dips | Uphill lunge – right leg | |
| Plank w/ alternating glute kick | Uphill lunge – left leg |
Repeat the sequence 3 – 5 times. For a longer workout, add a 10-minute beach run between each sequence.
By the way, this workout works in your backyard if you’re taking a stay-cation. Put out a lawn chair and run about 30 feet from the chair to perform your “water” exercises.

I actually can see me doing that in Costa Rica in a couple of weeks… Yay!
